Bans non-FDA approved food and beverage products with THC. Otherwise adopted the Farm Bill threshold of 0.3% THC by dry weight. Prohibits chemically-derived cannabinoids like D8, THC-O, THC-OA, HHC, and THCP, or any 'psychotropic hemp commodity' disapproved by the commissioner.
