Yes. 10mg/serving cap for beverages and gummies. Serving size limited to 12 fl. ounces/355 mls. A 'carton' of drinks may not exceed 40 mg total (i.e., a four-pack).
New law requires the Alabama ABC to oversee licensing for manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers. The AL ABC cannot issue a license without approval by the local governing body of the county or municipality where the business is located. Currently out of state sellers must simply register labels but go through a licensed wholesaler.

28-12-25(3) "expiration date" - under the state's general food laws, an expiration date is an 'open-date-statement' that is descriptive and is the same as "best by" or "use by" (see Ala. Admin. Code 80-1-22-.33 for a full list). After any open-date statement date passes, the food is considered out-of-date. The state also incorporates the US FDA rules.

All containers must include, at a minimum: (1) A list of all ingredients in descending order of predominance; (2) A scannable barcode or quick response code linked to the certificate of analysis; (3) The manufacture date and expiration date; (4) The batch number which corresponds to the certificate of analysis; (5) The total number of milligrams of THCs found in the container; (6) The serving size; (7) The total number of milligrams of THCs per serving; and [warning statement].
The following warnings:
a. To keep the product out of reach of children;
b. That consumption of the product may cause the person to fail a drug test due to THC being present;
c. That the product is not safe nor intended for any person under 21 years of age;
d. That the product is not safe for any person who is pregnant or breastfeeding; and
e. That the product may impair a person's ability to drive and operate machinery.
(1) May not bear the likeness or contain cartoon-like characteristics of a real or fictional person, animal, or fruit that appeals to children;
(2) May not be modeled after a brand of products primarily consumed by or marketed to children;
(3) May not include a statement, artwork, or design that could reasonably mislead an individual to believe that the package contains anything other than a consumable hemp product; and
(4) Must be child-resistant.
